Javed Hussain
Javed is the CEO and Founder of J2 Corporation. With over 25 years of experience, Javed has a track record of deal execution across multiple real estate sectors including residential, student accommodation, commercial and leisure. Javed’s meticulous attention to detail and flair for negotiation has built a globally diversified portfolio for J2 Corporation.
Javed also leads the origination and investment analysis of our venture capital opportunities. He invests time, energy, resources and experience into every project. Javed has built an exciting portfolio of investments across the health, sustainable waste management and technology sectors.
Shaun Jenkins
Since joining J2 Corporation in 2020, Shaun has served as the Head of Architecture and is the key creative contributor to the company, holding accreditation from ARB and RIBA.
Shaun oversees the design of several upcoming major projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. His passion for creativity and communities is balanced with his insights gained from the role of the developer, allowing him to integrate a deeper and broader understanding of the building industry into his work.
Currently, Shaun is collaborating with Salford City Council on proposals for a site adjacent to the River Irwell in Salford. Known as Irwell Gardens, this development aims to foster community by bringing families together and encouraging social interaction and engagement with the river, ultimately creating a vibrant, close-knit neighborhood.
Shaun graduated from the University of Manchester with a Master’s degree in Architecture, earning his degree with Distinction.
Qes Hussain
Qes is the Senior Property Analyst at J2 Corporation, having joined the business in 2020. He is responsible for the financial analysis of real estate and development opportunities. Previously, Qes worked at Kennedy Wilson within the Acquisitions Team in London, focusing on Value-Add opportunities across the commercial, residential and logistics property sectors. He holds both a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the University of Warwick and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Investment from Cass Business School.
Additionally, Qes is the founder of Mission C, an innovative development that strives to increase awareness, education and transparency surrounding the natural benefits of CBD. He has developed three lifestyle ranges, through consultation with leading scientists and health consultants, which are accessible and can help people to live happier, healthier and more fulfilled lives.
Imaan Hussain
Imaan is our Office Manager at J2 Corporation, having joined the business in 2014. Imaan is responsible for implementing new office systems, providing support to team members, time management and working with local contractors to ensure all office supplies and facilities are maintained to an excellent standard.
Additionally, Imaan supports the graphic design projects of the Architecture team within J2 Corporation, using a suite of creative platforms such as Adobe InDesign.
Imaan has vast experience in office management within various sectors including previous roles ranging from Property Assistant at Clive Sall Architecture, through Office Administrator at Fast Track to Finance Assistant at Human Appeal.
